THE 90-DAY CAMPAIGN FRAMEWORK (FROM ZERO TO MOMENTUM)

I launched my consulting practice from scratch in August 2025 with no audience, no ads, and no active clients—just a framework and a hypothesis: clarity, consistency, and structure create momentum.

 

Over the next 90 days I applied my own 3-phase system across warm outreach, cold email, LinkedIn, and a tiny Google Ads test to validate the offer and build a predictable pipeline.
 

Objective: Prove that a structured campaign system creates measurable traction from zero, and package it for clients.

Approach

Foundation: Clarify & Align

  • Tight positioning around structured marketing clarity for B2B services.

  • Focused website + 90-day offer page with a single CTA (“Start With Clarity”).
     

Launch: Build Momentum

  • Warm Outreach: 65 contacted + 2 inquiry → 23 calls → 2 client closed.

  • Cold Email: 1,458 sends → 16 replies (1.1%) → 3 calls.

  • Google Ads (validation test): $50 total → 364 clicks, 20k impressions, $0.14 CPC.

  • LinkedIn cadence: 2 posts/week focused on clarity → structure → confidence.
     

Optimization: Prove & Refine

  • Weekly reviews of channel performance; doubled down on highest-intent sources.

  • Systemized proposal, kickoff, and reporting templates.

  • Secured 1 referral partner for repeat opportunities.

Results (First 90 Days)

  • Website: 609 sessions (+783%), 522 unique visitors (+1,238%).

  • Discovery calls: 27 total across warm + cold channels.

  • Warm outreach conversion: ~30% contact → call rate (65 contacts → 22 calls) and 2 closed client.

  • Paid validation: $0.14 CPC confirmed relevance without scale.

  • LinkedIn visibility: 5,745 impressions (+18,000%), 168 engagements (2.9% engagement rate)

  • Partnerships: 1 referral partner secured (ongoing lead source)

Even starting from zero, a structured 90-day campaign turned uncertainty into measurable momentum. This is the same framework I now apply with clients, tailored to their market, pipeline, and goals.

THE CULTURE LAB AT ANKURA

I spearheaded the launch campaign for "The Culture Lab at Ankura," overseeing the development of a comprehensive content strategy. This included crafting and scheduling social media posts to introduce the initiative, amplifying Thought Leadership content, and showcasing executive testimonials. I also coordinated a live webinar in collaboration with a partner organization, managed targeted email marketing campaigns, and led the creation of a dedicated landing page on Ankura’s website.

INSIGHTS TO INNOVATION: THE NEWSLETTER

I led the development and launch of Ankura’s LinkedIn Newsletter to elevate the visibility of the firm’s Thought Leadership publication. Through targeted content strategy and consistent promotion, the newsletter grew its subscriber base by over 17,000 in just four months.

GIBBS & COX

At Gibbs & Cox, I led the strategic development of corporate communications, marketing campaigns, digital and print advertising, and social media initiatives. I also directed a full-scale website redesign, which drove a 137% increase in users, a 489% boost in click-through rates, and elevated the company’s national SEO ranking from outside the top 50 to within the top 10.
 

Additionally, I managed the end-to-end development of the firm’s trade show booth—overseeing contract negotiations, guiding design and messaging strategy, managing branding execution, tracking costs, and coordinating timelines.
